a little about me
I have been an "on and off" martial artist for the last 26 years. I have been schooled in Chinese Kenpo, Shorinji Kempo, Arnis, Western Boxing and some MMA. I am a police lieutenent, FBINA graduate, former SWAT operator and prior service Army MP. I just started blogging recently and have been enjoying putting my personal philosophy of the combat arts "down on digital paper" so to speak.
