I´m in Mexico on vacation at the moment and not getting any exercise, but I sure am relaxed. I hope everyone has nice holidays.

I had a tremendous dream last night - a big fight against multiple attackers who were better than me. In the end I was smashing the toughest guys hands with a brick. Ghastly!
