What is your primary, current martial arts style, if any?
Koro Ken Karate-do
In what styles have you trained extensively in the past?
Koro Ken, which is an ecclectic form of karate based mainly on Goju Ryu. The style also incorporates some Chinese styles as well. I've also done a small amount of T'ai Chi and have recently tried Wing Chun.

thanks so much for coming to class today - it was fun to have you there. The 11am Saturday class has grown in popularity the past view weeks...limits what we can get done in an hour a little bit but we still try to work hard and have a good time. Feel free to come visit again some time!

How about our Saturday 11:00am class? During the week our classes are in the evening.

If you go to the Blue Wave Web Site and click on locations, and choose burlington you can see our schedule.
