That poor bag! Ouch.
I've been writing way more than working out lately.
That's about to change very soon.
Thanks for the inspiration, Cheryl.
Greetings from TheMartialArtsReporter
I did answer you but it seems to have dissapeared....
Built around pressure points and body mechanics
built on a simple premise must be easy to learn and do under times of great stress bassed in gross motor skills.
Thank you for the scary thing...lol most people that know me think of me as a teady bear.... I am kinda a pushover...*S* Anyway To descibe what we teach it is built on a base of pressure points that are in every body when these are struck they can cause every thing from pain to knocking someone out cold.
I know you are saying if i hit someone i can cause pain....striking these points would increase the amount of pain for anyone hit.
Also we do alot on body manipulation...the body is only ment to move one way causing it to move in a way that is contrary to normal gives pain for them or control for you.
why fight strength against strength when you can use smart against strength...your strong point against an opponents weaker option......here is the kicker it must be reflexive and easy to learn do and remember......
boy is this complicated to put into writing.....is really easy to learn?
have you been to our website?
